Carpet cleaning process.

8 Simple steps to carpet cleaning.

Sharing the process with you so you can book in confidence.

Step 1: Inspection Our technician will walk through your home with you (when possible) to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify any potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of the expected results.

Step 2: Prepping the room Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Due to our safety protocol, larger pieces such as Glass cabinets, bookcases, and electronics are left in place.

Step 3: Pre-Spray A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil (walkways) and general spots for more thorough cleaning.

Step 4 & 5: Pre-Spot & Groom Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal. All areas are then gone over with our grooming brush to ensure the treatment reaches deep into the fibers of the carpet.

Step 6: Extraction and Rinse The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a powerful extraction cleaning system this ensures that most of the water is extracted back out of the carpet creating quicker drying times and leaving your carpets fresher.

Step 7: Grooming Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post-grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

Step 8: Post-Cleaning Inspection Our technician will walk through your home with you (when possible) to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
